Contest details:

Upload your video by midnight January 27, 2013.

Readers can vote for their favourite band between January 28 and February 7. Encourage your friends, family and all you know to vote!

Reader votes will be compiled with judges favourites.

Winning band will be contacted February 8.

Prize package:

14 tickets to the  54-40 concert at The ACT on February 15.

54-40 band prize package including signed CDs, official photographs and posters.

Professional photo shoot of the winning band with the News professional photographer.

CD cover designed by the News professional graphic designer.

How to participate:

Registration is required for the contest. Click on the Registration tab and fill out the registration form to be eligible to participate. If you registered for a previous Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows News contest, just log in with your username and password.

Click on the Submission tab and upload your video for a chance to win.

Videos must be uploaded by midnight Sunday January 27.

How to vote:

Voting is available January 28 through February 7.

Click on the View Entries tab and choose your favourite video.

If you’re not already registered, click on the Registration tab and register to be eligible to vote.

Click on the Vote tab and vote for your favourite.

Readers votes will be combined with judges votes and the winner announced February 8.
